Order Fulfillment Time
We typically process and ship orders within 72 hours of purchase. During peak order periods, such as holidays, processing time may extend to 72 hours.

Pre-Sale Items
Some items may be pre-sale. In this case, the estimated ship date will be clearly marked on the product page.
Tracking shows my order as delivered, but I haven't received it yet. What should I do?
This is no joke, but it happens. Sometimes, the courier will mark your package as delivered before it arrives.
Be sure to check your front/side/back door, garage, mailbox, bushes, or any other place a package might be hidden. Also, ask your neighbors if they have received the package for you or if the courier delivered it to them by mistake.
Packages typically arrive within 3 days. If it hasn't been delivered after 3 days, please contact us.
What shipping carrier do you use?
Within the United States, we ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
For international orders, we use DHL Express.
If you have any special shipping requests, please contact us before or within 30 minutes of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
If you are a customer within the United States, you can select an express delivery service for an additional fee during checkout. We cannot ship posters via express delivery, but the other items in your order will be shipped according to the shipping method you selected at checkout.

Pre-shipment
Is your order in pre-shipment status?
Pre-shipment status means your order has been shipped from our warehouse and is in the custody of USPS. From this point on, any questions about your package, including address adjustments, should be directed to USPS.
That said, we understand this can be frustrating—if it's been 10 days and your package is still in pre-shipment status, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist. We apologize for any delays and appreciate your patience!
In Transit
Your order is on its way! If your tracking information hasn't updated after 10 days, please contact us and we'll resolve the issue. We apologize for any delays and appreciate your patience!
Marked as Delivered but Not Delivered
Occasionally, the carrier may mark your package as delivered before it actually arrives. Be sure to check your front/side/back door, garage, mailbox, bushes, or any other places where the package might be hidden. Also, ask your neighbors if they've collected your package or if the carrier accidentally delivered it to them. Typically, the package will be found after it's been marked as delivered. If you haven't received your package after 3 business days from the date it was marked as delivered, please contact us.
International orders are shipped via DHL Express, provided by Global-E. Service charges vary by location. International orders are subject to Global-E's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. These terms and policies will be displayed during checkout.
