How do I return an item within the United States?
Returns and Exchanges
We guarantee the quality of all our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange new, unworn, unwashed items. During the holiday season (November 1st - December 31st), we extend this return period to 90 days—enough time to ensure your item fits perfectly.
Final Sale Items
Even if you purchased free returns and package protection at checkout, some items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

Return Process (US Orders)
We've partnered with SavedBy to make returns and exchanges simple, and in some cases, free.
Exchange Free
Refunds are subject to a $9.00 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
If you purchased SavedBy Free Returns and Package Protection, your return shipping is free and there is no processing fee.
Start Your Return
Visit our Return Portal
Enter your order number (starting with "PP" - example: PP123456) and your shipping zip code.
Select the item you are returning and the reason for it.
Choose whether to request a refund or exchange.
Submit your return and we will generate a prepaid return label.
Once your return is scanned by the carrier, we will immediately begin processing your refund or exchange. You will receive an email confirmation once processing is complete.
Note: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank.
